MonoCore / Everyman schedules

These schedules are what Puredoxyk came up with originally as an alternative to Uberman. They use the ubersleep formula for naps that each replace* one sleep cycle of 1.5h that is removed from the single core.

They can be either called Everyman or MonoCore, with MonoCore being more in line with other schedules' naming schemes (DualCore, TriCore, QuadCore). Everyman is the original name. The short form in the polynet scheme is E instead of M.

A naturally flexible non-reducing biphasic schedule based on one core and one other sleep, but when necessary allowing skipping the other sleep, adding a third, or changing the core duration. (Polynet name: Biphasic-X.)

A noticeably more difficult schedule consisting of one core and two naps. TST is 5h10, the core being 4.5h (or 5h for easier adaptation).

Impossible for a decent number of people to adapt, consisting of only 3h of core with 3 naps. The M3-Extended variant on the other hand is highly regarded as having only moderate difficulty, having a TST of 5.5 instead of 4h due to a 4.5h core.

A lot like M3 with an extra nap - Again impossible for many (but less than M3), having a small core of 3h and 4 naps with a resulting TST of 4h20.

Also more like a variant of E3 with yet another nap for a total of 5, no change in core. TST is 4h40. This variant should be possible for many, provided you are really good at napping.
