Coreless schedules
Coreless schedules are schedules with no cores. They are highly inadvisable as the vast majority of people cannot adapt to them. Even most RSR individuals cannot do these. Most who can are also able to do a consistent Monophasic at 5.5h or less, so that is a relatively good indicator. Do not try these as a beginner! The following list is ordered by nap count, from low to high:
- CL0 (Namonom): No sleeping at all. microsleeps are the only source of vitals.
- CL1: This has never been attempted. One nap.
- CL2: No documented attempts. Naps would likely be in the peaks or equidistant.
- CL3: This has never been attempted.
- CL4: Also known as Tesla, this schedule has 4 naps at 20 minutes each. Some attempts are known.
- Dymaxion: 4 naps again, but at 30 minutes each. Relatively large number of attempts are known, no successes.
- CL5: This has never been attempted.
- CL6: This is also known as Uberman, and has been relatively widely attempted in the past. Some known successes.
- Zoidberg: Zoidberg is nowadays a joke schedule, it is a form of CL6-Modified where all naps are done in quick succession.
- CL8: Some attempts are known. Eight equidistant naps at 20 minutes.
- CL12: Also known as naptation, this schedule is one of the few coreless ones that have a real world use for many people. It can be used to learn napping relatively quickly, but should not be used for any other purpose. Adaptation is not the goal, it is used only temporarily.
Coreless-AMAYL is the AMAYL-form of the coreless lineup. A few successful attempts are known.
