This variant is more in-line with the other MonoCore variants in that
it has a nap around dawn, in the REMpeak. The schedule is experimental
and might not be as easy as base M1 due to the large gap, creating
a potential for very high anysleep-pressure buildup. On the other hand, it
may allow for further reduction than M1 due to a potential for a more efficient
nap. This makes a 5h core potentially viable. A pronap may be used
to increase REM content further.
