MonoCore-0-Recovery / Mono-Recovery
MC0-Recovery is the most common and easiest recovery schedule. It consists of going to bed at the same time every day and then sleeping with the alarm set extremely late. The resulting schedule is, for most, the most efficient way to recover sleep debt - but for RSR individuals, it may be hard to keep up without causing the classic rotation many of them experience on monophasic schedules.

Mechanism
Sleep recovers sleep debt, more sleep recovers more sleep debt. When recovered, this schedule will usually turn into M0 of your specific baseline and can be used to determine sleep-requirement.Difficulty
Next to none for average sleepers, it may be necessary to exercise some discipline to go to bed at the correct time. For RSR and N24 individuals, this becomes much harder. For ISR individuals, the 11h max may not be enough and M0rec-Extended is needed. When already adapted to a reducing polyphasic schedule and switching to this schedule, staying awake during the day might get very difficult.
